How We Got Started

Before founding Executive Selection in 2007, I was a school psychologist, and later, vice president of leadership assessment for a large healthcare system. The combination of student and adult assessment experience is invaluable in understanding the whole person as we work with clients wherever they are in their hiring responsibilities or career. Having experience within a corporate environment also supports understanding of what hiring clients are facing as they pursue the best candidates for every position.
